We’re getting excited for our whisky tasting session tonight! Guests will be able to try three of our favourite scotch whisky cocktails: the Rob Roy, the Rusty Nail and the classic Blood and Sand.
As a little teaser for the big event we thought we’d give you a sneak-peak into our cocktail cabinet; we’ve written a step-by-step guide to making the perfect Rob Roy, perfect if you can’t make it (or you want a little pre-event mood enhancer).
The Rob Roy:
• 60ml Scotch Whisky
• 22ml Sweet Vermouth
• 3 dashes Bitters
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all the ingredients.
2. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
